Nepal's Nepal Telecom and Ncell networks provide 4G in Kathmandu, Pokhara and Chitwan and along the main roads. On the Everest and Annapurna trails, expect signal in the larger villages and gaps between them; it thins with altitude.

- Trekking: Namche Bazaar, Lukla, Ghorepani and the Annapurna villages have signal; higher camps have little. Tea houses sell Wi-Fi by the hour.
