Terms & Conditions

1. About us
eSIM Salabim is a trading name of N7Labs Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17462083. Registered office: 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom. "We", "us" and "our" in these Terms mean N7Labs Limited.
We are a travel eSIM reseller. We sell digital eSIM data plans sourced from licensed mobile network operators through wholesale eSIM partners. By purchasing from us you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. eSIM delivery
We describe delivery as instant because your eSIM is created the moment your payment succeeds — there is nothing to pack and nothing to post. In practice the QR code and activation code are usually ready in seconds. They appear in the My eSIMs section of your account and are also emailed to the address you gave at checkout.
Very occasionally our supplier takes longer to issue the eSIM, and in rare cases this can be up to 15 minutes. If an eSIM cannot be issued at all, the order fails and you are refunded in full automatically — see Refunds.
eSIMs are digital products delivered electronically. Delivery is complete once the QR code is displayed in your account, whether or not you have installed it on a device. See Delivery.
3. Eligibility and compatibility
You are responsible for checking that your device is eSIM-compatible and network-unlocked before purchasing. We cannot refund a plan that has been used on an incompatible device — see our Help & FAQ for how to check.
Plans are valid for the stated data allowance and validity period. Unused data does not roll over. Validity begins when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination, unless a plan states a fixed start date.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP), or in euros, US dollars, Australian dollars or Canadian dollars if you choose one of those currencies. The price shown at checkout is the total amount charged, in that currency. No taxes, delivery fees or booking fees are added at checkout.
If you view prices in any other currency, you are charged in GBP. Whenever your card account is in a different currency from the one you are charged in, your bank or card issuer converts the amount at its own rate and may apply its own fees; we have no control over those.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe with 3D Secure authentication. We never see or store your card details. By completing a purchase you authorise the charge shown at checkout.
5. Refunds and cancellations
Our Refund Policy sets out the full terms. In summary:
- A full refund, within 180 days of purchase, for any eSIM that has never connected to a mobile network — even if it has been installed.
- An automatic full refund if we or our supplier cannot provision your eSIM.
- No refund once an eSIM has made its first network connection, because the data package is then committed on the operator network.
Because your eSIM is supplied immediately after payment, you agree that supply begins straight away. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
6. Acceptable use
Plans are for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or use our eSIMs for automated data services, VPN exit nodes, or any unlawful purpose. We may cancel plans used in breach of this clause without refund.
7. What we can see
Your data travels over the mobile networks, not through our servers, so we never see or record what you browse, stream or download on your eSIM. What we hold is what your order needs: your email address, your eSIM’s identifiers and how much data it has used — never what that data was used for.
We do not control the networks that carry your connection. The operators and roaming partners behind each plan may keep their own logs under their own policies and the law of the country you are in. Where a plan reaches the internet in another country, the plan page says so before you buy.
This website is a separate matter. Like most shops we measure how its pages are used, with one optional analytics cookie you can decline. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie & GDPR Policy set out exactly what is stored.
8. Reviews
A few days after your eSIM is first used, we may send you one invitation to review us on Trustpilot. To do that we pass your email address and an order reference to Trustpilot — nothing about your payment, nothing about what you browsed, and never the eSIM itself. You can decline when you pay, and the invitation itself carries an unsubscribe link.
We invite every eligible customer, whatever we expect them to say, and we never offer anything in return for a review. Picking out the customers likely to be pleased would make the score meaningless, and it is against Trustpilot’s rules.
9. Limitation of liability
We are a reseller; network availability and quality are provided by third-party operators. We are not liable for network outages, coverage gaps or data speeds. Our total liability in respect of any plan is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use of our service after a change constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings where you live.
