What is an eSIM?
An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM built into your device. Instead of swapping a physical card, you scan a QR code to install a data plan — usually in under a minute.
Is my phone compatible?
Most phones from the last few years support eSIM, including iPhone XS and later, Google Pixel 3a and later, and Samsung Galaxy S20 and later. Your phone must also be unlocked. You can check if your phone is compatible in our full list.
When does my plan start?
Your plan activates the first time your eSIM connects to a local network in your destination — not when you install it. Install at home, activate on arrival.
Can I keep my regular number?
Yes. Your eSIM is data-only. Your existing physical SIM stays active for calls and texts. Just set the eSIM as default for mobile data in your phone settings.
What currency are prices in?
Prices are set in pounds sterling. You can pay in GBP, euros, US dollars, Australian dollars or Canadian dollars, and the Pay button shows the exact amount your card is charged. Other currencies are charged in GBP and your bank converts.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 180-day full refund on any eSIM that has never connected to a mobile network — even if it's installed on your device. If your eSIM fails to provision, you get an automatic refund within minutes. No refunds once the eSIM has made its first network connection.
