Delivery

All eSIM Salabim plans are digital products delivered electronically. There is no physical SIM card, no postal shipping, and no waiting for a courier.

After a successful payment, your eSIM is provisioned automatically. A QR code and activation code appear in the "My eSIMs" section of your account — typically within one to two minutes — and are emailed to you.

Free. Because eSIMs are digital, there is no delivery cost. The price you see at checkout is the total price — nothing is added.

Most eSIMs are delivered within one to two minutes of a successful payment. In rare cases provisioning can take up to 15 minutes if our network supplier is processing a high volume of orders.

If your eSIM has not appeared after 15 minutes, check your "My eSIMs" dashboard or contact us at support@esimsalabim.com. If provisioning fails entirely, you receive an automatic full refund.

Your eSIM QR code is delivered to your eSIM Salabim account. You also receive a confirmation email with installation instructions at the address you gave during checkout.

We deliver worldwide — eSIMs are not restricted by your physical location. You can purchase and install your eSIM from anywhere before you travel.

eSIMs require a compatible device. Most smartphones released after 2020 support eSIM, but some carrier-locked devices may not. Please check compatibility before purchasing — our Help & FAQ has guidance.
