Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
eSIM Salabim is a trading name of N7Labs Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17462083. Registered office: 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Questions: privacy@esimsalabim.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect only what is necessary to deliver your eSIM and support your account:
- Email address — to deliver your eSIM, send order confirmations, and let you retrieve your QR code later.
- Payment data — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Order details — plan purchased, eSIM ICCID, activation code and timestamps, needed to provision and support your eSIM.
- Session data — an anonymous or authenticated session token kept in your browser to keep you signed in.
- Display preferences — your chosen display currency, kept in your browser only.
We do not collect location data, device identifiers, or browsing behaviour beyond what is described above.
3. How we use your data
- To provision and deliver your eSIM
- To send transactional emails (order confirmation, refund notice)
- To let you view and manage your eSIMs in your account
- To detect and prevent fraud
- To comply with legal obligations (for example accounting records)
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
4. Third-party processors
We share data only as necessary with these processors:
- Stripe — payment processing (PCI DSS Level 1). We never see or store your card details.
- Cloud infrastructure — our backend, database and authentication run on EU-hosted, GDPR-compliant infrastructure.
- Mobile network provisioning — your order details (plan type, not financial data) are passed to our connectivity partner solely to activate your eSIM.
- Email delivery — a third-party service delivers transactional emails on our behalf.
- Trustpilot — a few days after your eSIM is first used we may ask you to review us. Your email address and an order reference are passed to Trustpilot so they can send that one invitation; they never receive your payment details, what you browsed, or the eSIM itself. You can decline at checkout, and every invitation Trustpilot sends carries its own unsubscribe link. We rely on our legitimate interest in understanding how we are doing, and we invite every eligible customer — never only the ones we expect to be pleased.
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) measures how the site is used, including which plans are viewed and bought, the value of an order and its payment reference. It never receives your name, email address or card details. It runs with advertising features switched off and, until you accept the analytics cookie, in cookieless mode. When you complete an order, our server tells Google Analytics the plan, the amount in pounds and the payment reference, whether or not you accepted the cookie. That record is sent from our server, not your browser, so nothing is stored on or read from your device; unless you accepted the cookie it carries a one-off random identifier and cannot be linked to your visits. We rely on our legitimate interest in counting our sales. See our Cookie & GDPR Policy.
5. Data retention
Order records (email, eSIM details, payment reference) are retained for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance. You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time — see section 7.
6. Cookies and local storage
Strictly-necessary browser storage keeps the app working (authentication session, shopping cart, display currency) and needs no consent. One optional analytics cookie is set by Google Analytics, and only if you accept it — we ask on your first visit and you can change your answer any time from Cookie settings in the footer. No advertising cookies, ever. See our Cookie & GDPR Policy.
7. Your rights
If you are in the UK or EEA, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Object to or restrict processing
- Data portability
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (UK) or your local supervisory authority
To exercise any right, email privacy@esimsalabim.com. We respond within 30 days.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time and will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our service after a change constitutes acceptance.
