1. Buy any eSIM

   Any destination, any plan. Browse destinations — prices are in pounds and nothing is added at checkout.

2. Install it and travel

   Your QR code arrives by email and in your account within minutes of paying.

3. Open My eSIMs when you need more data

   Go to your dashboard, pick the eSIM and tap Top up.

4. Take the free one

   The free option is marked on the top-up screen. Tap it and the data is added — no payment step.

• One per customer. We count it against the email you used at checkout, so buying again from another phone or a new browser session doesn't reset it.
• Your eSIM has to be installed. You can claim it once the eSIM has been provisioned, while it's in use, or after its data has run out — not before it exists.
• It tops up that eSIM. The free data follows the eSIM it was claimed on, for the destination that eSIM covers.
• No cash alternative, and it can't be transferred to someone else.
• We can withdraw the offer for new purchases at any time; a top-up already claimed is unaffected.

Running out of data abroad is the moment a travel eSIM either works or doesn't. The first top-up being free means you can find out that topping up is one tap, before you're standing in an airport deciding whether to trust us with it. It costs us a gigabyte and saves you the worry.
